Women’s Weekend

Join us for Women’s Weekend at Greater Emmanuel Institutional
Church of God in Christ, hosted by the Women’s Ministry and led by
our Chairperson, First Lady Karen Clark Sheard.
As Colossians 2:6–7 reminds us, “just as you have received Christ Jesus
as Lord, continue to walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him…”
We begin Friday, April 10th at 7 PM with “Becoming Her,” an evening
of real conversation, wisdom, and insight for the woman you are
becoming.
Then on Saturday, April 11 th at 12 PM, we gather for our Prayer
Brunch, “Planted in His Presence,” where we slow down, enjoy good
food, fellowship with one another, and grow in His presence through
prayer. Please see any member of the Women’s Committee to
purchase your ticket for just $30.
And from there, we move into Sunday—“Rooted Before Released,”
our Women’s Day celebration with services at 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM,
along with our 10:00 AM Shop and Sip featuring local vendors.
We’re asking everyone to wear shades of orange all weekend as we
come together in unity and celebration.
The Women’s Weekend assessment is just $125.
